This is a new U-Haul site that my reservation was switched to. It is hooked onto a BP gas station. The gentleman who I got the U-Haul truck from was very thorough, went through all of the paperwork, made sure I checked the truck and that it looked good and had no issues before I left, cleared off the snow for me, etc. He told me what to do when I returned the truck and if I had any questions, I could ask anyone working at the gas station. When I returned the truck, I was not able to find where I needed to check things out. I went inside the gas station for help and the gentleman working the front desk at that time kept telling me to “do the opposite” of what I did to check the truck when I originally got it. This was not helpful. I eventually figured it out on my own but I would recommend that all employees at the gas station be trained in and aware of how the U-Haul check out/check in process works so that customers don’t have to wait for a certain person to help them. Otherwise, great experience!

When a customer chooses a location do not change the location. I purposely select the locations I wish to rent from for a reason. If there is no guarantee the equipment will be available at the location I choose, your system shouldn’t allow me to complete the reservation and I can choose to go with a different company at that time.
TIMOTHY WThey were not ready for us at the specified time. The truck was full of snow, nearly out of gas and loading area of the truck was not clean. Wish I would have taken a pic of the inside of the truck to show that it was not cleaned out. Even though they were not ready for us, the time to check out was under 15 minutes, so in the end they were able to get us on our way in a reasonable amount of time.
