I did not pick the truck up at the location I booked. They double charged me. For the inconvenience I was suppose to get the truck for $19.99. But I was charged $29.99 at the time of pick up they charged me $60 and some change. I called to extend the truck because we couldn’t get into the storage place until the next day. I don’t remember the lady name I talked to the next day but she was very rude to me, I’m trying to explain to her what I was told and I had text messages from U-Haul, but she wasn’t trying to heard none of what I was saying

The truck was good The people were friendly but were not familiar with the business. Could not compentally answer questions and was not given a receipt.
Derek JI purchased a mattress protector and it wasn't there when I picked up the truck. When I picked up the truck it had a tire system error message flashing. U-Haul told me that this was normal and it'll be going on for years. Customers are not comfortable renting vehicles that have mechanical issues whether solved or not

Louis PThe uhaul worker did not dhow up so i dealt with the gas station employee who rightfully so did not know what to do. He gave he a phone number i called a few times and nobody answered. I called the personal cell phone of a manager which took 3 times for him to answer. Eventually someone called me back and i had to give my phone to the worker to go check information on the truck. The back of the truck was not clean and had nails in it. There was only one furniture pad so we had to use blankets. This was highly stressful on top of moving. Very very disappointed in the experience
