Clean vehicle before renting, be more accurate on gas usage accountability,
Charles DThis was the worse rental uhaul I ever experienced. The back door wouldn’t close completely. The lock on the uhaul was rusted and th key was stuck in the lock. The inside of the truck was filthy chicken bones was behind the seat. I was In desperate need of a uhaul and no other location had that size truck so I had No choice but to take it. It was horrible.
EUGENE FI originally wanted to rent a van however when I went to this location the van was not available despite my reservation being confirmed and I was told that I would have to wait two hours in order to it . Luckily there was a 10" available which was the same price so I had to make a new reservation and was able to leave with the truck. The truck wasnt horrible bit it could have been maintained better, the back looked like it wasnt dusted / sweeped out in a while.
