He never sat down with me to complete the return sale. He accepted the key and told me that he would email me my receipt. Without even looking at at my order. Meanwhile he talked to others an extended length of time. He seemed eager to push me out of the door. Then he lied about the status of the gas’s gage. I returned it inside the required margins. He refuse to take pictures of the gage because he said the company has an electronic method of calculating the gas gage and an image of it would not be considered to determine the status. He did not allow me the 30 free miles that comes eith the rental. He did not reimburse me for the unused miles. Basically he talked at me. He was very much in his ego. He charged me for the next day whenever I returned it on time. He accused me of being loud whenever he articulated the scene with his dishonest approach. It appears he had a set price in mind already. After he was through with his white customers. He said I charged you $64. I thought it was after he made adjustments. I do not like the unnecessary pressure on my Visa card. I do not like have this uncalled for claim designed by his greed and unethical conduct.
INGRID WSmall lot not enough parking space. The place was closed when I arrived at my drop off time. Need more workers to help if one worker is assisting a customer you have to wait another worker came but directed me to the guy who was already helping a customer.
