Alfonso Bthe original pick up point was Kaliste Saloom store , we reserved a 15' truck a week in advance and when we went to pick it up you had nothing, and had to go to Broussard location to get all that was available the 29' truck . this is totally unacceptable and we will not use u haul going forward as you can not produce what we reserved.
Michael TThe truck windshield was covered with foliage, the passenger side lower rear view mirror was shattered, and the gas tank was left on 20 miles to empty. The return location was changed without any consideration for my situation (making me drive 20 minutes out of my way to drop off, bypassing several closer U-Haul locations. I received one text message that I missed due to moving and navigating the trip details. They tried to charge me for fuel even though I returned it with more fuel than received.
