Pickup location and the gentleman who helped us was great to work with. As for U haul they were terrible we were supposed to pick up our unit that we reserved over a week ago early. Hot to the facility in Coleman and the unit wasn’t there. So had to drive to Brownwood to get a unit from there.

Jim TNobody was there and I tried to call the number numerous times and never answered.
DALE DHad a tough time with the pick up would not accept my DL pics and then the app didn't give me the lock box code i had to call the 1800 number to get code was not my best experiance but would do it again also no personnel onsite
