johnny c1. Do not wrongly charge a customer for damages they didn’t cause. 2. Return customers cash deposits as appropriate 3. When told a manager would call to discuss an issue…make sure to actually call the customer. 4. No personnel works onsite, overnight drop location is the only option. 5. Whoever does operate this location will wrongfully charge you to ensure they do not owe a returned cash deposit.
