A little glitch when we arrived to pick up the U-Haul - no one was there, and we had to make a call. Someone showed up within minutes and we were on our way - only thing missing were two big, strong men to help us with the moving!!!!

The guy was very professional and patient!!!
SHAYLA DI was charged for a dolly that was not at the location. I had no idea the pick up process would be so lengthy and detailed. If I had a warning I'd have been there earlier. The location didn't feel safe to be dealing with all the steps it took to retrieve truck.
Dena MWe arrived on sunday and the location was closed. Like they said on the location paper. We called when we arrived. They answered as soon as we called. We left the trailer in the parking and the day after we received the confirmation that every thing is good. We had a very good service even if they were closed. Thank you!
DANIEL LI originally had reservations at the uhaul on altama but when I got there they didn't have a vehicle for me, then they sent me to the one on Scarlett st and the guy was kind and courteous and understood everything I needed...
