Truck was not available at specified location..not a huge deal except on moving day with so many other things to deal with..otherwise I would give it a perfect score.. awesome staff to deal with..helpful.. professional

Luther BScarlett storage was not our original pick up location. Our original location dropped the ball by not ever showing up or answering any phone numbers. The Regional office hooked us up with Scarlett last minute and it was a perfect experience after that. Would use Scarlett Storage again.
