I booked my uhaul and dolly 2-3 weeks in advance and the dolly wasn’t available when I picked up my uhaul. This made moving extremely difficult.

Ivan RThis location was great! To no fault of their own, I tried calling twice before my reservation to confirm everything was good to go but do to the U-Haul app and Google search, the phone number was not the correct one for the location.
Adam jThe only way to rent the truck was by scanning a QR code. What about customers that do not have a cell phone or perhaps do not have the knowledge to use this "paperless" system.
