We had a couple of major issues... 1. The door latch came undone and the door lifted wide open as we were driving down the highway, in spit of having a lock on the latch. There was substantial rain, and most of my belongings became wet. We were very fortunate nothing flew out and caused damage or injury to following vehicles... Another traveller pulled up beside me to let me know the door was open. I used zip ties to secure the latch closed. 2. There was some lighting/wiring issues. These were noted at the time of rental. I decided to keep the trailer, as lights did actually work, though not optimally. Eventually, they blew my designated fuse for trailer running/license plate lights.
Charles LHad no issues at this location, the young woman was very attentive and helpful. I would go back there to rent a U-Haul again, the next time I might need one!
Robert MDrop off was simple and courteous.
Todd BI was born in Bryan Texas so this is a safe area. I dropped off the truck at 12 midnight with no problems.
