Elangovan SWe left some of our equipment in the trailer after we dropped it off. We called them and they told us to come by and get it. When I walked in, the agent looked at me and asked the other person to get the equipment we left behind before I even opened my mouth. They were helpful and friendly. Excellent people!

RICHARD OWhen i pick up the uhaul 5×8 trailer and got it home, there was cardboard all inside, so when I returned it I just left it in there, hope I don't get charged for it being left in there.
