He tried to be helpful but he didn’t speak very good English and was difficult to understand. Also struggled to get me checked in.

SHAWN HI was told I had put 20000 extra miles on the truck than needed for my move. The truck only had 16959.8 miles on the odometer. The poor men at the location could not see a problem and tried to get me to agree to the extra 20000 miles. When I started to call 911, they both told me to just put the key in the lock box and I could leave.
