My Mother's reservation was transfered to this location and she was supposed to have a Friday pickup for the full world even though we only wanted it for Saturday. This new uhaul location was open Saturday as well and were going to charge us for an extra day for a Friday pickup. We agreed to pick it up Saturday morning and when we arrived they said we had no reservation anymore because we didn't pick it up Friday. We had to start new check out without reservation. The people running this location also have a strong language barrier and their uhaul business seemed more of a distraction to their gas station. Finally, the gas level in the truck when I picked it up was less than the level indicated on the contract. At checkout I had to insist they do the checkout to give me an updated receipt. I will never use this location again!

Brian MThis is a popular gas station and convenience store, so you must conduct business with the cashier while they are simultaneously handling a constant flow of customers. But the transaction is all handled online and very efficiently, so it’s tolerable. The trailer was in good working condition and the drop off was quick and convenient.
