We reserved to pick up there at 10, we didn't get the truck until 12 and now U haul is saying we owe more money. So this is a problem.

Christopher GI have rented row dollies from U-Haul on the regular for years, traveling to and from New Orleans to NC. This dolly should not be on the road. The ratchets constantly loosened during the trip, even completely coming off of the tires. Had to pull over and redo twice. Also, had no wiring harness extension to plug in the lights.
