Buckeye I night dropped....4th of July weekend. But the fal was friendly and let me know i was all checked in...all was good...no issues dropping at night

There was literally nothing to improve. The location I went to, the buckeye Az 85326 on Monroe was being run by John, he was extremely helpful. Best customer service I’ve had in like 3 years. Give that man a damn raise. Also he’s keeping the equipment up to date and clean.

gabriela mWe dropped off the vehicle when the office was closed. My biggest complaint about U-Haul is the lack of pricing transparency and the numerous additional fees. It is nearly impossible to accurately budget or compare prices because the final cost is not disclosed until the charge is processed. For example, every email I received indicated that the rental would cost approximately $75. However, when I picked up the vehicle, the actual charge was $103—an increase of nearly 40% over the advertised estimate.
