This review goes beyond just the pick up location. The whole experience with uhaul was one of the worst I’ve had in years!!! Nothing about this whole experience was even close to what should be allowed. If we the consumer don’t seek your services. There is absolutely no need for you. This is mainly for the POOREST of service at the So called Customer Service Center. I experienced better efforts from Fast Food Restaurants. That’s just how upsetting this whole experience has been. I will definitely work harder to find more customer oriented business for my moving needs.in the future.

DAVID BEverything went fine until I got my receipt. I declined the mover care insurance of $45. On my initial transaction it wasn’t there but on my final receipt it was tagged on for some reason. So I really don’t appreciate them adding a $45 service to my bill when I declined it in the first place.
