STAY AWAY!!!! This guy that runs this place is a complete asshole. We used a truck from another location and was returning it here. I drop it off at 7pm and it was after hours so I dropped the keys off in the drop off box. When we were leaving my wife asked if I had our keys for the new place we just got and realized I left them in the U-Haul. She called the number and was going to leave a message and ask them to check the center console before they rented it in the morning. The guy answered all aggressively and told my wife she woke him up calling multiple times and that she was a psycho dialer!! And then proceeded to hang up. First off don’t have it transferred to your cell phone, second off if you work in customer service have some god damn customer service then. This guy was a complete and utter joke and I will never rent with U-Haul again. Worst experience of my life.
