My original rental was supposed to be in Covington and when I got to the location the truck had a flat tire I was then sent to another location in Covington Virginia that the owners of that location were not even accessible by phone to be able to pick up a truck I was then route it to Buena Vista where the gentleman at cars and trucks helped me out I would recommend picking up there anytime instead of trying to find a place in the Clifton or Covington area

I think the pricing is a little screwed up. Says 19.95 to rent then a dollar some a mile I ended up paying $137 dollars for 3 hrs of use plus got charged for self loading. How can u charge me for me loading my own stuff, wasn’t no gas in it so I had to put gas an then also got charged $30 for gas service. Uhaul is a rip off
Tavaris SFurniture dollys that were paid for were not on the truck. Still was charged for them.

VICKIE HThe app was terrible and didn't work, it kept freezing when I was trying to check out the truck so I wasn't able to upload pictures before I left. The truck was mostly clean but there was some garbage left under both seats and in one of the door pockets.
