Nothing the uhaul was clean and the people were very nice will definitely rent again

Dear U-Haul, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of my trip, and I discovered water leaking into the truck. This resulted in damage to several of my belongings. While I understand that the rain itself is not U-Haul's responsibility, I believe the truck's condition was a contributing factor to the damage. Michael MI was slightly confused as to where to leave the vehicle at. I dropped off after business hours so there was no one there to assist.
EMILY MHad to do mobile pick up due to location being closed on a Saturday. Had a terrible experience took me over an hr to get my truck after being transfered 3 times and being on hold for over 20 minutes other than that everything was good
