When we initially signed our contract, we were instructed that drop off would be in Tyler, TX. No problem, we understood. The day of drop-off we received a call from a very kind rep from the Bullard location stating this is where we are actually meant to drop off the equipment. We double dare I say triple checked. We didn’t want to do anything wrong. So Bullard? Cool, no problem. A few days later a rep (not sure where she is from) accused us of actively not dropping off at the originally contracted location and when I asked her if she wanted the call transcript of us being advised otherwise she said no, she was insistent on teaching us a lesson despite us being at the mercy of what we were advised. She eventually hung up on me after raising her voice at me insisting I need to learn to take responsibility even though she said it was fine we dropped it off at Bullard??? I’m so confused, but that woman needs a new occupation, some therapy, and to learn to deescalate not escalate customer interactions… I’ve gotten better service at the dmv.
JACK PCannot find the main office easily. Need more OBVIOUS signs to the front door. It is not intuitive when the vehicles are at one end of the property and the office is at the other end with one door sign displayed with many other company signs.
