HAYWOOD WHow about give the customer what they pay for and not force them to drive all over North Texas because your system is down!! I rented a one way truck!! Still haven’t received a refund for renting the equipment that I never received. By far the absolute worst experience I’ve had ever! Customer service is nonexistent at this company!!
