I mistakenly thought I could do an online pick up. When I arrived I backed in, hooked up the trailer, did a light check, pulled up and finished checking in (which I thought was the online pick up). This probably took me 10 minutes. After I had left and driven about 15 minutes away I was contact by the office, very rudely, and was instructed that I in fact had not checked out the trailer and demand the return of it, to properly be check out. Upon my return i again was instructed that I did not check out the trailer properly, to which the only thing the representative did was walk out take a picture and walk back in. I could’ve sent the picture but wasted an hour driving around. I probably won’t use this location or U-Haul any more for my rentals of trucks or trailers.

When I went to turn it in the lady did not look at anything just wanted the key. No verification of mileage, fuel, dings or nothing. Then I get an email stating I had gone over 1 mile and thus charged 14.00. Rip off
