The app was a little glitchy. We had a hard time getting the pictures uploaded and working through the app. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars. But the truck was great and great experience pre ordering working with the people ahead of time.

Oil the door hinges. Clean the truck, especially the bugs off the windshield so u can see to drive safely.

CHRISTOPHER CThis has nothing to do with the location which is an excellent location with excellent representatives. It has to do with the 20' uhaul truck with a F450 motor. It is ridiculous that this truck for an in town trip of 66 miles used 12.9 gallons of gas! That's 5.12 miles to a gallon! In addition to $1.09 per mile. That's excessive.
