I was overcharged upon return. Someone changed my coverage from the $15 coverage to the $30 coverage and I was charged for 2 sets of 12 blankets instead of the 1 set that I received. Very disappointed in the unethical business practices. Equipment worked fine but the latch was difficult to use unless you push in on the door. Lots of damage.
