I dropped off a day earlier than my return was required. The store was not open and so I had to put the key in the lockbox. I noticed that afternoon that it had not closed out in my app. I called the store to let them know that I dropped it off and left the key in the dropbox However, they did not close me out until it was one day late. Charging me a late fee. I had to call them several times to get it checked in and the late fee removed.
Kris CYou would get 5 stars but you sold me a $12 trailer adaptor for $40 because I would have to leave and come back. Not great customer service. I could see $20 so you make 100% markup, but 400% is just rude.
