The truck was ready, clean and ready to go for us in a timely manner, however during our travels we encountered rain, and the cab area began to leak above the passenger seatbelt area, then began to leak in the rear center cab area between driver and passenger. Also, our vehicle transport trailer was unavailable at this location as promised and we had to drive approx 90 minutes out of our way round trip to pickup the trailer. And lastly, the U-Haul rep we worked with decided it was ok to smoke in the office while we waited for him to check out the equipment and prepare the paperwork etc.
