Uhaul info says they are open till 5pm, location info says they are open till 4 pm. It didn't affect us, but the hours should be corrected so it doesn't mess up someone else.

The trailer was pretty janky. The trailer also leaked water on the front at the floor & got everything on the floor wet. There’s no way the pickup location would have known this without someone reporting it though.

HENRY CLast minute pickup and location change and no text sent abd and a last minute drop off hand and no text sent by Uhaul logistics. Cost us time And gas. Over 60 miles difference = $50.
