The vender had to leave work early to go to court, and so when I arrived, the process had to take place by phone. After I completed the approval process by phone, I noticed that the truck only had a half tank of fuel, when it was supposed to be full. I called vender and they told me that they would “make it right”. They never did. I called them back and they told me that there was nothing that they could do. They basically lied to me. I will never do business with this location again.
PHILIP MVery dark and could not see the key drop also all dirt fields. I also returned the unit with the correct fuel and he charged me for more. Not good.
LEONARD GAbsolutely horrible experience. Either the trailer tires were defective or the wheel bearings causing the trailer to bounce, specially around 55 mph. Very upset with paying for terrible equipment. My trip lasted hours longer and some of the items being hauled were damaged. I tried calling customer support but no option is provided for defective equipment just accidents. I will never again rent from U-Haul!
