We assumed that the truck would be water proof from rain when we rented, my wife noticed a sign posted on the truck indicating they are water resistant, not water proof. A few things got wet but only the cardboard boxes needed replacing. The customer service was very good and friendly. The truck did the job well for us.

BERNARD AScheduling directly with this location was great. This location is at my storage facility. Much better than using the national telephone lines, even when I specify this location, the national line will try to schedule other locations based on availability. I only wish that this location had 6x!2 enclosed trailers which we use multiple times a year.
