The agent was more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Although we misunderstood the opening time (arriving one hour before opening) he went out of his way to get us going. The truck was clean and ready and we were in the way in a short amount of time. Employees like this are very hard to find and should be valued.
TERENCE HUpon return the attendant should assess whether a cleaning fee will be charged. They don't mention this. I returned vehicle cleaned and was still charged. Deceptive business tactic!
