The on-site team was excellent. There was apparently a mix-up in reservations but they fixed that quickly. They got me on my way very fast. I really appreciated how they stretched to get it done and get me going and I would go back to them tomorrw.... but... My problem was that there were NO furniture pads available. None. That's a catastrophe for moving. We depend on those things to make the difference between a good move and a.... " with all the gouges and marks I got, I'm never going back to Uhaul again..." feeling. Do you get my drift. I've done a dozen major moves with Uhaul and NEVER been left high and dry like that.
