WILLIAM PThe gentleman that received the trailer needs to understand what a U-Haul contract is all about. Maybe at times people still pay with cash as i did. And there will be reimbursements to the customer as I'm one. But now I have to wait again to collect what is mine. But the drop off other than that was perfect.
