Loved!! The gentlemen was very helpful and compassionate. They ended up not having the truck size we wanted but he filled us with confidence driving a bigger one, gave us lots of tips to ensure safety, and let us use some dollys for free. He was incredibly understanding of the weather (crazy texas rain) and extended our rental free of charge. Highly recommend this location!!!

Dan HRunning late, dropped off equipment with this dealer and headed back to Fredericksburg, got a call a few minutes after leaving with the guy asking me if I had left any items in the truck and my heart almost stopped, I left a full holster and an envelope with my car sale cash in it and he had them on the desk waiting for me after I sped back. I called Uhaul corporate office to let them know they have an honest and friendly operator at this location. Thank you!

ROBERT HU Haul advertises the use of the integrated “ U Haul App” that is NON EXISTENT. Reaching a representative on the phone wasted too many valuable hours of time and proved to be worthless.
