The person at this location was veery helpful; coupled with the U-Haul app, this made the entire process very smooth.

Roberto WThere were empty bottles left in the cup holders, the van exterior was dirty, the windshield was very dirty from the inside. The rep at the counter was rude and abrupt in his tone, poor hygiene, and lack of interest in any customer service.
Arman SThere was damage to roof and running board preexisting damage they were aware of this but it would be helpful if they agent knew and told me this. Also had an issue with the app
