the location was difficult to find, parking the van anywhere nearby was almost impossible & the whole drop off process made me doubt it was either the correct address or even a legitimate business.
CELESTE PI was charged a refuel fee when I got the van at a quarter tank full. I did not appreciate that at all
KASIEM JThe van was absolutely disgusting. It was not cleaned and smelled awful. I have uploaded a photo but it does not let me upload more. On top of that, I was charged a cleaning fee. I have disputed that charge.
Rita NI was unclear about how much I would have to do to mobile check in and ended up standing in a snowstorm freezing trying to checkin for over 20 minutes into my reservation and then had to walk around for a while to find the truck on top of that.
