App didn’t work for check in. We got info for key box, and then the screen navigated to “return rental” before we even found the truck. We walked around for 25 min looking for the truck. No information given about where it was, and no one answered the phone number listed for the rental location. Another customer was also at the office and could not reach anyone. We were late, so we rushed to our pick up place. The back of the truck was full of masonry dust, gravel and screws. We were only able to move about 1/4 of the things we were supposed to today because of the dust in the truck. I swept it out twice. We returned the truck ahead of schedule. It was nearly a useless rental for our job today, and it really caused a lot of problems. We rent from another location very often without issue (please see my customer history). I have many photos if useful. We would like a full refund for today.

ARMANDO OGenuinely, one of the worst and a saddest excuses for a U-Haul Location. While I did get a working truck and completed my move, the experience around it was awful. The person running the operation was rude - no greeting, barking commands. He sent his inept partner to check a van we were not reserved for (which took 30 mins) and when he finally checked my reservation, it was a truck in a completely different area. He then made us walk to the truck while he took his scooter. Offered no clear communications or directions. Just for us to find an unhoused individual laying the back of the truck. Truly a ridiculous experience. Do not allow this location to exist and do not give them money if you are a customer.
ASKIA AThey showed up late to open and begin our reservation. They couldn't find the keys to the van we had reserved, so they gave us another van which had a flat tire. They then found us a third van which had not been cleaned, was full of trash, and had a tail light out. Then they overcharged us for mileage - likely in the confusion of finding a van that would run, they did not measure the mileage correctly before we left with the van. They also overcharged us for gas.
