They showed up late to open and begin our reservation. They couldn't find the keys to the van we had reserved, so they gave us another van which had a flat tire. They then found us a third van which had not been cleaned, was full of trash, and had a tail light out. Then they overcharged us for mileage - likely in the confusion of finding a van that would run, they did not measure the mileage correctly before we left with the van. They also overcharged us for gas.
