I was unclear about how much I would have to do to mobile check in and ended up standing in a snowstorm freezing trying to checkin for over 20 minutes into my reservation and then had to walk around for a while to find the truck on top of that.

Convenient location and 24/7 access- that being said it doesn't mean that the app will work. The trucks smelled like smoke but it dissipated a while after- the locks are hard to open and I thought were broken but we were able to open them after about 10 minutes.

JOHN VThe vehicle’s brake needs attention, the pedal felt loose and had too much play. Additionally, the car had a strong, unpleasant odor, possibly left behind by a previous user. Besides those issues, everything else worked fine and I had no issues picking up or returning the vehicle.
