This is the worst lockbox experience I have ever seen. There are 5 lockboxes that are clearly numbered. But I was assigned lockbox 6 and that number didn't exist. I later found lockbox 6 on a different part of the building and the number 6 symbol was completely faded and illegible. these lockboxes look like electrical boxes, it was unbelievable and wasted so much time. Whoever manages this place needs some training.

tire pressure light on the whole trip, as well as the oil pressure light. And no radio!! Plus the transmission was probably going too - It stayed say too long in first when accelerating. I think a refund or credit coupon would be appropriate.

joseph kthe location was difficult to find, parking the van anywhere nearby was almost impossible & the whole drop off process made me doubt it was either the correct address or even a legitimate business.
CELESTE PI was charged a refuel fee when I got the van at a quarter tank full. I did not appreciate that at all
