Picking up was a pain in the ass, originally I was supposed to go to Clinton location, they called me beforehand and said they did not have trailer needed in stock and forwarded me to garden city location. I get to the garden city location for pick up and the trailer did not pass inspections, so then I was told to go to Butler that they would have one and be all ready for me to hook up and go. I arrive at butler location and was yelled at by tech, that I didn’t have reservation, and would have to wait for personnel to wait for one. I had to wait over 45 minutes for another individual to arrive and set up/ forward reservation. So my quick trailer pick up that shouldn’t have taken more the 30 minutes ended up sucking up almost 4 hours of my time between commuting between locations and extra travel time. Terrible communication between locations.

MICHAEL COne chain was loose and the emergency brake was on and not working on tow dolly. Not totally their fault. They immediately fixed the chain when it was pointed out. Brake had probably been locked for a long time as the brakes did not hold, but it was too late when I noticed.it.
