The manager/owner came and unhitched the trailer for me a over an hour before they opened. This was GREATLY appreciated and it would be fantastic if UHaul could commend him for doing this, just rarely see such customer service anywhere.

SHANE KMurdick Auto Parts did absolutely ZERO in detailing the instructions for using the rental and the steps for returning the truck. Felt that I was scammed with the cost after I returned the truck. An additional $70 after we returned the truck is ridiculous. If this is the way that business is done at this location, I will not recommend to anyone.
