The location does not have a dolly available but still lets you rent one. Them not having one and not contacting me prior added another 1.5 hours to my move to find one and another 50$ to rent one as opposed to the 15$ from a u haul rental. I placed the reservation 1 week prior and had no contact from this location. They could have let me know they didn’t have a dolly prior to my pick up. Place was dirty. Unprofessional. Bad experience with bad customer service.
