Confusing, drive thru mini storage driveway to unhook in a field of grass. Pulled trailer with a car, almost needed a truck to maneuver in field with trailer
Mivhael B.The original location the equipment was reserved did not have the reserved trailer even though it was reserved over 2 weeks in advance of the rental. The new pick up location above did not have the furniture pads or utility dolly I reserved. I had to go to several other UHaul locations to find and rent the furniture pads. None had the Utility dolly I reserved. Blew out my back lifting the trailer onto the hitch.
