The trailer was set for pick up from this location, upon arrival I was told the trailer was not present and that I had to pick up from another location. I made to the location where I was told the trailer was and then I was called from this location saying they went to pick up the trailer and that I could return to this location for pick up. No one refunded my gas for the extra driving no was I given an apology or was I offered a discount. I will never rent a trailer from here again.

The person we rented the U-Haul from was extremely rude. I asked if we could return the truck to a different U-Haul location, since we were moving to Searcy and there was a center there. He told me I'd be charged extra for doing so because it would require an employee to return it to Cabot—which I’ve never heard of before. We actually finished our move three hours earlier than planned. I had paid for 6 hours, but was told there would be no refund for returning it early. He also mentioned I wasn’t paying much to begin with, which felt unnecessary. When we returned the truck, I was told there would be a $50 charge for gas, but my card ended up being charged $70. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Lacey MOver charged on blankets and dollies that we never had and don't know how to refund me. He is very rude and disrespectful. I would go to Home Depot and go with Penske Rentals
