Outdated building, property not well maintained.
DAVID LIt took the customer service rep 45 minutes to process our rental, he had no idea what he was doing. The truck was in terrible shape, I'm surprised it made 120 miles.

RUSSELL BThe truck was dirty inside the cab as well as the back. I had to clean the back before I used it. The tire pressure was low on a tire and had a message on the dash for it. So all this was not taken care of well.
