U-Haul needs a new computer systems. The business where I got the rental property wasn’t the problem. It was the computer system. I had to wait about one hour and 15 minutes because of the computer was continuously going down. I will look elsewhere first the next time because I don’t have that type of time to spare.

The man I dealt with was the owner and he was very nice and helpful.
Sherry CThe truck had a whining motor, likely a loose belt or bad belt, The truck is very poorly maintained. I was directed by text message to take pictures of the truck before leaving at i could not get it to work. The guy working at this location had no idea what he was doing and made the experience very cumbersome and tedious. I will not use this location ever again.
Bryan KDid not get moving blankets which were paid for and never recieved. Location was terrible, traffic was awful. Internet access was not available on my phone.
