Agent tried to be helpful but came across as rude, had a 5:00 pm return time but agent was calling pushing for an earlier return time and when we arrived he was already closed early.

STANLEY MThe rental was supposed to be $39.95, and i was charged $86, they put insurance on there and didn’t tell me about it, said all the charges were normal fee. I had my own full coverage. I would like a refund on the insurance portion.
BRENT SThis location was closed when I returned the truck. But the premises were nice, clean and well kept.
