Paul NConsidering that the office was closed on Sunday when I dropped off the trailer I can't say anything about the personnel. However, U haul forces all questions to be answered before the review can be submitted . . . so, since there were no personnel there on Sunday I was forced to select "No" to the question "Were the personnel helpful". Otherwise, the drop off was pretty simple and straightforward; more than adequate room for drop off.
Michael BI got there early, and the unit was ready to go.
