He had everything ready when I arrived, we completed the paperwork & payment method, & confirmed I received a text from him with a link. He escorted me to the truck , had me click the link & follow the instructions . He he stayed with me to ensure I completed my rental inspection with pics on my phone! It was the best rental pick up experience I have had in renting with Uhaul.

Considering that the office was closed on Sunday when I dropped off the trailer I can't say anything about the personnel. However, U haul forces all questions to be answered before the review can be submitted . . . so, since there were no personnel there on Sunday I was forced to select "No" to the question "Were the personnel helpful". Otherwise, the drop off was pretty simple and straightforward; more than adequate room for drop off.

The trucks Check Engine Light came on while I was driving. I reported it the the Hometown Rent To Own when I returned it. The mirrors NEED to be adjustable. They are set for someone who rides with the seat all the way back. I am SHORT and need to seat all the way forward. They cannot be adjusted.
