I just left the truck and put keys in lockbox so no interaction with anyone.
KAREN DThe personnel were unfriendly, the place was a mess, the pick up location is two to three block from were the papers are done, and when I get to pick up the truck, there was no body, so I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up.
ZIAD FWitked with me to turn in after hours and notified me when they identified and inspected equipment. Overall great experience.
