Remove the furniture blanket and dolley so the customer can have the room which is paid for and not risk paying for something if the seal is broken, you where asked if the item was needed when you reserve the equipment and said it was not needed
VINCE MI was not given any paperwork when I dropped off the equipment, and the next day I was contacted and told my equipment was not returned on time that morning. When I called it was easy to rectify, but it was concerning that they had not checked it in more than 24 hours later. The people working there were very nice.
Kimberly DWorker was very rude. People were coming in for storage units and he stop and waited on me. I had to stand there for 30 minutes. When I said something he said this is a storage business first and a truck rental last
