Everything was great, except the passenger side rear tire seemed low. Upon inspection there appeared to be a nail in the tire. I was able to complete my trip without issue after stopping for air. I did inform the person at the drop off location regarding the issue.

TIMOTHY KCar City was great. Personnel was very helpful. However, UHAUL HAD ME SCHEDULED TO DROP OFF AT STORAGE KING OF CALABASH. WHAT A JOKE! I don't understand why uhaul allowed me to select this as a drop off location when they were closed for the entire week. We drove to the site and saw a message on the key drop box that they were closed the entire week. Why would uhaul allow me to select this location if it was closed? It provided an address for another location that was not a valid address on Google Maps or Apple Maps. So.........It took me extra time, mileage and expenses to travel to a another location. It could have cost me extra fees for extra mileage, date/time to be dropped off, etc. Will you be providing a credit for the extra charges I incurred? Very disappointed in uhaul and Storage King of Calabash (should be called Storage Pauper).
