Rental time shouldn't expire. If that's the case you should definitely tell the customer they only have 15 minutes after reservation time to pick up equipment. I had to sit by the truck and wait almost an hour for someone to fix my reservation so I could pick up the truck because my reservation has expired. However it still said I had an active reservation. Very confusing.

Change locations. It's in a dead zone for many android phones. It took me over an hour to get my van & only did because someone from UHcalled to help. I was never able to get on line & had to simply leave the vehicle in Hope's it would all work out.
The only complaint I have is that I rented the truck online at a place that was .5 miles from me and then before pickup the location was changed to a different location 20 min away
Everyone was kind and friendly it was a pleasure to rent from this location it was fast and efficient with no delay. Will definitely be back!
The only thing was I ordered an appliance dolly and it wasn't left with the truck. I had to go to a different location to get one.

Get your app to work right with iPhone Pro. It would not let me take pictures within the app, and I had to work with the service representative on-site instead (she was very professional and helpful). I would have been out of luck if I had to rely on the app to pick up the vehicle.
The trailer leaked from rain on all of my things in front row. Had to throw some away Had to wash all of the clothes in the boxes. Very disappointed. We told the lady at drop off
The young lady came right out to us, and already had the drop off process started. Over all, it was a very good experience, and would recommend U-Haul to everyone.
Drop off was quick and easy
When I went to reserve the vehicle, I was told I couldn't do it in person, that I'd have to do it on line. This makes no sense to me. During the on-line process of picking up the vehicle, I was directed to a lock box under the driver's seat, and given a password to open the box. There was NO box. I called the number for help, and was told to wait for a return call, while the district manager was called. While waiting, I looked BEHIND the seat and found a key just laying on the floor. When I was called back, I was informed that the district manager didn't answer his phone. This could have been a major issue, had I not found the key behind the seat.
