SITE WAS UNPREPARED FOR OUR PICKUP. COULDN'T PRINT OUT OUR CONTRACT. WE WERE THERE FOR WELL OVER AN HOUR FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS PREARRANGED. OUR LOCAL UHAUL IN WINCHESTER, VA TOLD US INSURANCE WAS $8.00. THEN WE WERE CHARGED $40.00 IN CALAIS, ME FOR SAME INSURANCE. HAD TO RENT UHAUL IN CALAIS, ME BECAUSE WHEN WE WENT TO RENT IN WINCHESTER THEY ONLY HAD ONE TOW DOLLY AND THE LIGHTS DIDN'T WORK. WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EQUIPMENT AND MIS INFORMATION!!

Mike HI understood the woman was somewhat new at what she was doing in the system or there was a problem with said system. Took more than a half hour to get the vehicle. Stuff happens, it was fine. However she was very snotty when I returned the unit, (went 30 miles in rig)all over a gas charge, I didn’t object to it just told her to charge it. Then she said uhaul is going to make her charge me $30 over the gas, I was fine with that. Then she suggested to take it to the store to fuel it . No thanks, just charge the card please. Found her to be unprofessional, dealt with the other gentleman there named Mike, he was friendly & accommodating.
