The proprietor had attitude about me using online checkin. And when he forgot to put the hand truck into the rental, and I had to go to the office to get one, he had more attitude

I rented a trailer from 208 Storage on 4114 Nelson Lane I had no issues at all the rental was fast and easy in and out. I had it for 4 days I feel the price I paid was fair and I would definitely rent from here again.
JOHN SDid not like that it was closed until 8pm and that I wasn’t able to do any check out with out downloading a app and I did not appreciate doing that in the cold just not their fault I guess and there was a lot of mud where you drop off the trucks to park them.
