1. The rental location was moved on me, creating an additional hardship for me because I had to find a ride from El Centro where I was to Calexico. 2. When I arrived, the truck had not been prepared for pickup so they had to clean the cargo area and cab while we waited. Overall, the experience was bad. 3. Although I had the pick up the rental from a gas station, there was only 5/16 tank of fuel remaining. I was told to "leave the truck with the same amount of fuel".

Manuel PGuy was unfriendly at first because he wanted me to pick up the truck at 4pm and could not reach me by phone
Amin MIt would be nice if the area behind the building was a bit more organized to know exactly where to drop off the truck.
