It seemed like the owner was new to U Haul and was struggling on the process. He messed up so bad that on my return location they couldn’t find my name or agreement because he put his name on the return not mine. Causing me to call the 1-800 number for assistance.
MD FProvider was very accommodating and made the rental very easy. I was able to do exactly what I needed to get done. Thank you.
Mason J3 marker lights did not work and left turn signal pointed. Out to them was told the lights are just warming up lol seen I was not getting any where with this so I just left with it looked at it a bit seen someone was trying to patch up wires with tape ended up reporting issue to dro off location
